Precision Ball Ended Adj screw w/Knob PS136-80-14K

  This replaces ThorLabs screw plus knob (F6SSK1 and F6SS113). It will not suffer from ball fall out during ultrasonic cleaning.  This #6-80 x 7/8 lg precision adjustment screw is made from a single piece of 304 stainless steel. 304 a better material for high vacuum use than the 303 stainless used by others.  The design replaces a pressed in bearing ball with a spherical end machined into the screw bar stock.  The knurled knob is also machined into the screw bar stock. This eliminates the need to assemble the screw and knob.  Added is a hex drive socket to allow for fine rotation. The spherical ball end is relieved back to the screw thread to allow the ball to fit into Hitek Hardware's Kinematic Components ninety-degree vee slots and cones.
