specified by the customer.

Terms:
For customers
with established credit, our terms are NET 29 days after
receipt of material. 45 days after delivery, we may apply
a 1-1/2% per month carrying charge on the unpaid balance
of customer's order.
Customers must apply for credit by submitting bank references
and three appropriate vendor references. These may be forwarded
by FAX (413-967-0155) or email ( mltobias@hitekhardware.com )
Hitek does not accept credit cards.
Hitek does not ship COD
MASSACHUSETTS CUSTOMERS must pay
5.0% sales tax unless a properly executed Massachusetts
Tax Exemption Certificate is in our possession.

We warrant
that all parts sold conform to the specifications set forth
in this publication. These specifications are subject to change
without notification. We provide material for industrial applications
only. We do not represent that parts are suitable for a particular
use and, accordingly advise you that THERE IS NO WARRANTY
OF MARKETABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE .
In the event of a defect, we shall replace the part or refund
the purchase price within 30 days of the return of the defective
part to Hitek Hardware, Inc. That is the sole extent of our
liability.
